This is in Kuwait. We called it The Highway to HELL. We cleared mine fields, cleaned up the battlefields, put out the oil well fires and traded pot shots across the border with the Iraki army. Fell under the category of, a dirty job but somebody had to do it. This is where I had the flat tire in the mine field.
Thanks to all those who sacrificed their lives on 9/11. In remembrance - Happy Patriot Day.

Road Building Mission in Panama. On the LCI. We were to set up camp in the jungle and start building a road north towards the Pan-American Highway.
